Erik graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Biology. Prior to joining
MDRCBB in his current role, he contributed to the lab on a part time basis since 2016.
Moving forward, Erik will primarily work with company related projects, however, being
trained to analyze surfaces by XPS, fluorescent microscopy, and dynamic water contact
angles he will likely contribute in a minor role to a variety of projects.

Raptopoulos Michail, DDS, comes from Alexandroupoli, Greece. He received his dental degree (D.D.S.) from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in November 2017. After his graduation Michail practiced as a general dentist, surgeon and assistant surgeon in his father’s private practice. He is co-author in a couple of publications and has participated as a speaker in some conferences. He is currently a first-year resident of the Advanced Education Program in Periodontology at the University of Minnesota (Class 2022). In his spare time he enjoys sailing and playing basketball with his friends.
